Why I left my role as MD of Bunch Group to start my own communications agency…
When I told the team at Bunch Group that I was leaving them to pursue new opportunities there were some shocked faces around the table to say the least. Over the last six years we’d been through a lot together and I can tell you firsthand, that meaningfully engaging employees and building a strong culture (when so many are working remotely) is the greatest work-related challenge of our time.
Over the past 18 months, I kept meeting clients across Australia and New Zealand with the same challenges:
1) They couldn’t access `best in class’ Employee Communication Platforms, either because this market was not a priority for those platforms or because the platforms did not have the resources to service clients effectively.
2) If they could access a platform, it was often through a Tech company who did not provide any People Services support to ensure the platform was launched and sustained effectively.
